It's definitely a quiet time, like a mini vacation for the brain. But 10-20 minutes?? I WISH!! 5 minutes TOPS and my time is up, gotta conserve the water. :) lol. Even so, my brain must be conditioned to bring the ideas on fast because I get lots of ideas in that 5 minutes. I agree. my best ideas come to me in the shower!
