Thank you for this article. From it, I went to read the retreat piece. Nice synchronicity as I’ve let myself get “up to there” before I recognized that I needed rest. I just came into awareness and realized I needed to take daily time to be still, since right now I can’t go away.

I enjoy this space and your style. Thanks for the work you do.
